Please note:
- Facilities Management does not have tents available for exterior events. Departments are encouraged to rent from a third-party supplier or purchase their own UBC-branded tents.
- Tables identified for use in specific buildings are not permitted to be moved outside or to other buildings.
- Items that are lost or damaged will be replaced at the borrower’s expense.
- Pinboards on wheels cannot be moved to upper or lower floors of buildings.
