Building Maintenance and Repair

Facilities Management performs basic maintenance services in academic buildings including repairs to doors, walls, floors, plumbing and lighting. These services are generally provided free of charge and can be obtained by creating an Archibus work request.

Staff and faculty may also create a work request for building modifications and renovations. Requests of this nature will be directed to the New Job Committee or a Facilities Management Team Lead for discussion, cost estimate, and/or approval.
